Membership fees per family to The Secret Garden

$900. One time enrollment fee covers 3/1/08 thru 2/28/09.
Beginning the second year, there is an annual fee of,
    $450/year if any of the children in your family are under 6 years old,
    $270/year if all of your children are 6 and older.

Membership in The Secret Garden is required to be a patient at Pediatric Alternatives.
Payment plans available.

Secret Garden Initiative additional information

Membership in the Secret Garden Initiative (SGI) is for the term of one year, beginning March 1st, with the first year's fee prorated to the date of enrollment. Fees are not refundable. Fees are based on the age of your children as of March 1. Once you are a member we will send you an annual reminder giving you the opportunity to renew for another year. Fees are subject to change.

The SGI offers educational programs to assist parents in supporting their child's health and well-being. Members are encouraged to participate in the program offerings, but attendance is not mandatory. SGI's programs may be changed from time-to-time.

SGI is not health insurance nor a health benefit plan. It's educational programs are in addition to the health service care services your child receives as a patient of Pediatric Alternatives. Those services will be billed separately at our usual rates. Note:Financial accommodations may be available, based on need.
